Another recipe to add to your list during the festive season is our Almond Pandan Cookies. Not only are they delicious, but your whole house will smell extra nice from the pandan paste!

- 200 grams Planta margarine
- 120 grams sugar
- 200 grams plain flour
- 50 grams ground almond
- 80 grams cornflour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp pandan paste
- Sieve flour, cornstarch and salt together. Add in the ground almond, mix well and set it aside.
- Cream Planta Multi-purpose, sugar and pandan paste until soft and well combined. Add in the flour mixture and mix till well combined. Roll out to about 0.5cm thick and cut into your favorite design.
- Place the cookies in a lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until lightly brown on the edges.
- Keep in an airtight container once it is cool.
