- 6 slices of bread
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons Planta margarine
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 avocado sliced
- salt
- Melt 1 tablespoon of Planta margarine on a pan and place the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper and let cook for 6 - 7 minutes on each side.
- Slice the chicken and toast the bread.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom slice of bread and then layer the lettuce on it.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of Planta margarine on it and then layer with sliced tomatoes and avocados.
- Top with another toasted bread and slice into triangles.
