  • 6 slices of bread
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Planta margarine
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • salt
  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of Planta margarine on a pan and place the chicken.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and let cook for 6 - 7 minutes on each side.
  3. Slice the chicken and toast the bread.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom slice of bread and then layer the lettuce on it.
  5. Spread 1 tablespoon of Planta margarine on it and then layer with sliced tomatoes and avocados.
  6. Top with another toasted bread and slice into triangles.
