Sweet and Sour Shrimp by Planta

- 20 gram Planta margarine
- 20 gram minced garlic
- 300 gram shrimp (shell on/off)
- 15 gram Planta margarine
- 50 gram pineapple (cubed)
- 50 gram onion (cubed)
- 6 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 15 ml water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- chopped spring onion
- In a wok pan over medium heat, melt 20g Planta Margarine. Add in minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant
- Add in shrimp and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside
- Add in 15g Planta Margarine, add in pineapples, onions and stir fry for about 1 minute
- Add in Ketchup, vinegar, sugar, water and salt. Bring to a simmer
- Reduce for about 2 minutes
- Add in cooked shrimp and coat evenly. Serve and garnish with chopped spring onion.
